How to buy
With each push of the button "Add to Order" you automatically add 1 pc. quantity of the goods in "Order".
At any time, you can open the "Order", where you'll see the products chosen by you. You can change the quantity of each selected item or remove a product as you put a check on the "Delete" option. With the button "Update Quantity" you restate the change of quantity and value of the order.
All prices listed in this website are final and include VAT. The price includes delivery. Discounts are automatically formed in excess of 1 unit of product.
After clicking on "Order" button you have to enter the order details, including: contact information, shipping address, company details (if you want an invoice) and others.
Entering of incomplete or incorrect data makes the order invalid.
After requesting your order we will contact you for confirmation.
How to pay
By bank transfer
Payment of the payable price for the goods and delivery expenses is in advance by bank transfer on account. Delivery takes place after receipt of the bank transfer.
POS Terminal - VISA, MasterCard
Payment of the price payable for the goods and delivery costs, by POS Terminal - VISA, MasterCard. Delivery takes place after receiving confirmation of payment.
PayPal - www.paypal.com
Payment of the price payable for the goods and the expenses of delivery, is via the system PayPal. Delivery takes place after receiving confirmation of payment.
How and when will I receive the goods I ordered?
The merchandise is delivered to the address specified by the customer.
Receiving could be done by the client or a third party on their behalf.
Goods are delivered within 5 working days in big cities and in the villages and smaller towns - 6-7 working days.
The delivery is valid from the date of confirmation of payment, when payment is made by bank transfer or by credit or debit card.
Warranty
Warranty period is 2 years.
Along with the goods the customer also receives a warranty card with which they can use their warranty right until its expiration date.
Repair of guarantee products are made in repair shops,authorized by the manufacturer. Failing to remove a defect of a product, it is replaced with a new one.
Reclamation
The merchandise may be refused only in the following cases:
1. If the delivered goods do not conform the goods ordered by the customer.
2. After receiving and payment for the goods,the customer can make a reclamation and claim for recovering the amount paid by them when:
* The buyer is entitled to make a claim within 48 hours of receipt of goods, if it has a hidden defect that could not be defined at its receipt.
* The customer has the right, without owing compensation or default and without giving any reason, to abandon the contract within 7 working days of receipt, provided it is returned in the form in which it is received without being used. The latter is referred to in Art. 55 of the LCP
* If the goods are damaged during transportation and delivery.
3. If the deadline for delivery is not complied.
4. When there is a discrepancy between ordered and delivered goods. In this sluchey replace the product within 48 hours after the customer's request.
5. In all cases described in Article 51, 54 and 55 of the LCP and Article 4 of Zet.
Apart from the cases above,the customers are not entitled to refuse receiving and paying for the goods ordered by them.
