Refusing to receive goods ordered and delivered
13. Customer who has ordered goods via the electronic catalog ClimberStepS.com and received the same by post, courier or other type of transport, is entitled to refuse receiving the goods or part of it once it is delivered, only in one of the following cases:
13.1. If the product is damaged during transportation;
13.2 The goods delivered obviously does not conform to the ordered by the customer;
13.3 The price does not conform to the one initially offered;
13.4 In the cases provided by ZZPPT.

15. Reclamations are accepted as follows:

In 14.2 - within 7 days from receipt of the goods,provided that written reasons are to be given for it and a declaration is signed that the product is in the form in which it is obtained without having been used and is in undistorted original package.
T.14 transport costs are at the expense of the customer.
16. When the product delivered is with a warranty from the manufacturer / importer and the customer is regularly supplied with a warranty card, where addresses and telephone numbers of warranty services are listed, they turn directly to those services or points.
